This presentation will give the audience a knowledge of the fundamentals of CORBA and distributed computing architectures implemented in CORBA.
Topics will include:
Paul's career in software started in the early 1980s with COBOL development for financial analysis applications. He has been working with distributed object technology since the early 1990s, when the words 'distributed' and 'object' were both poorly understood. When not immersed in software, Paul works on weed hunting, dog wrangling and cat herding.
